Single and Multiline
Present your page headers on a single line like the image
below. Scrolling buttons are used to bring headers not visible
into view.
Alternatively use the multiline setting so that all the headers
are visible all of the time.
The Exactline setting is used so all the pages are forced to fit
into the available space, in this case shrinking some of the
pages as needed.
