Context Menus
Assign a context menu to the KryptonNavigator and it will be
shown whenever the user right clicks a page header. Hook
into the context menu event and you can customize it with
extra options appropriate to your application.
You can assign a context menu to the individual KryptonPage
instances and this will then be shown when the user right
clicks the client area of the page.
