Pricing for upgrade to 3.0?

We'd like to upgrade our Navigator 2.8 license to 3.0. We purchased 2.8 about 6 months ago. What's the pricing for this?

*edit* I just checked out the pricing page, and see upgrades should be free for 1 year. Is that right, Phil?
We tried registering the component with our 2.8 license and it didn't seem to work.
