License Issue With Vista Windows Service

Hello,

My application uses Krypton Navigator. My program can be launched as a window executable as well as a windows service (interact with desktop).

In the both case, it works well on Windows XP. But with Vista, the Exe version works fine, but when I launch it as a window service, my form is hidden.

After a few seconds, a message explains an error message box is waiting . Then the well-known "not registered kypton version ..." is displayed.

This message never appears while launching exe version or service on Windows XP. Do you have any explanation to help me in my investigations ?

The only reason the unregistered message would appear is because it does not have an embedded licence in the application. Are you sure the reason the message is not showing on your XP machine is because it is still inside its 30 day evaluation period? Set its clock forward 30 days and then try again to ensure that it still does not get the message.
