Customize tooltips and docking context menu

Is it possible to change the tooltip text of each Close, Context and SpecButton (for each workspace cell)?
In addition, is it possible to change the text of the default items in the docking context menu ("Float", "Tabbed Document", etc...)?

What I need is to translate each tooltip and menu item according to current application language.

You can add a KryptonPalette to your form and then set the tooltip text for each of the button specs of interest. Then assign the palette either to the KryptonManager if you want it applied everywhere or just to each individual cell if you want to defined per-cell tooltips. To alter the localization of the tooltip then you need to add the palette as a design time component of the form so it localizes the strings.
