[BUG] Ribbon ToolBox RightClick

Hello,

make a right click on the controlbox strip in a RibbonForm, no contextmenu.

GlobalAllowFormChrome = false, it works.

Data:
Krypton Version: 3.5.0
Application: RibbonAndNavigatorAndWorkspace.exe
OS: Win Vista 64 Ultimate - Sp1
