I am waiting for the release of HelpStudio 2011 which is promised to include support for generating the Visual Studio 2010 help content. Innovasys say it will be released in the next couple of months. Sorry for the delay but I am waiting as much as yourself. You can get around the issue by installing the help viewier as shown in the following thread...

Thanks but really, a normal pdf would greatly help us.
I can try and convert the help docs into a pdf if you want.
The dexplore.exe thing is not an option for me.
