Krypton 2.1 Released

This is purely a bug fixed release and contains no new functionality.

- Anchor property on child controls inside Krypton containers now work.
- ContextMenuStrip has correct appearance when shown from Krypton control.
- KryptonHeaderGroup now shows correctly when inside a TabControl.
- KryptonNavigator tab headers now show when inside another container.
- Copy & Paste of KryptonHeaderGroup/Navigator at design time works.
