We welcome bug reports from all users of our components. If you are a customer than please provide your purchase reference number in order to receive priority support. Check out the forums before submitting a bug in case it has already been discussed and a solution presented. Note that although we monitor and usually respond to forum posts we only guarantee support to paying customers via email.
