Microsoft support team can help collect all necessary data and forward them to the product team.

I checked the report you submitted to Microsoft Connect, and I have to say it is kind of useless. :(

We are willing to help, but since it is not a bug that easily reproduces everywhere, and you are eager to have it investigated and resolved by Microsoft, we expect you contact Microsoft support team first.

Another approach is to see whether the product team can reach to you after checking Microsoft Connect portal. Well, I cannot say how long it will take.</description>
