I have finally joined up with Facebook and am probably the last developer in the world to do so. I never really thought there was much point as I have no interest in sharing pictures of skate boarding ferrets (although having said that it does sound quite impressive if you have indeed managed to train your ferret to skate board).

I have added by profile link on the sidebar of the blog so anyone that is interested in software development and business development should feel to ‘friend’ up.

Not the last one, Phil … I’m still “unbooked”.

  2. Dustin Says:

The only reason I have a Facebook because my wife wanted her Facebook to say “Married to Dustin” and she was also the one to create my Facebook.

I would stay clear of the likes of Facebook, don’t need it, don’t want it, have no time for it and have nothing to gain from it?

Stick to doing what you do, you certainly don’t need another hapless blog to take over your life.

To be honest I am more of a twitter fan from a development perspective than facebook. I like to follow dev-heads that tweet hints and tips etc about their product (resharper are good at this).

    PK :-)

Maybe a FB fan page would be more useful. It would help attract curious developers who see other developer friends fanning it.

A fan page for Krypton Toolkit or Cumponent Source, I mean, rather than you personally.

  7. Robin Says:

And I mean Component Factory not Component Source, sorry!!
