When do you expect to release 3.0?

Also will the license changes be in this release to make registration of the source easier?

Thanks,
Steve H

I've been looking at SO quite a lot in the last 2 days and I'm very impressed with how well it is working. It was a great place to advertise and I'm sure it is going to get you some traffic. If they decide to let you do graphics I think you'd see even more traffic.

Looks like it's still there. Nice.

Yesterday StackOverflow was on the front page of Slashdot, and also on Digg and Reddit. I bet a lot of hits were generated, hopefully a lot of downloads.

Judah:

I noticed that StackOverflow was about to go live and given that Joel would blog about it that would mean alot of visitors in the first day or two. As they did not have an advert when I looked I thought I might as well chance my arm and see if they want an advert for the first day. I only paid for a day and it has been there for slightly longer than that so far. Lets hope they forget to remove it!

Phil,

Just saw an ad for Krypton on the StackOverflow.com website.

Smart!

That's a great place to advertise to the in-the-know developers right now. Well placed. I suspect you'll get a lot of downloads from that.

Great improvements Phil. The workspace is something very good and works as a user can expect. This is the control I've recently started developing for SilverLight 2.
I can show you a demo when I'm ready if you're interested :)))

I get accurate stats at the end of the month at which point I will know the number of successful downloads. Until then I get daily stats that shows the number of hits but the number of hits is not the same as the number of downloads.

Congratulations on the 3.0 release! I'm really curious about the BreadCrumb control.
Btw, just out of curiosity is there a counter for the downloads of this release? (I'm asking this because today i hardly downloaded the package)

Congrats on getting Krypton 3.0 beta out the door!

Glad to see the KryptonComboBox fixes, that was a big one for us.

I'll be trying out the beta over the next few weeks.

Thanks, Phil.

Well spot Waescher, I will update the BreadCrumb to use the same palette for the context menu as for itself.

Holy sh*t, Phil! This beta is awesome. I'm just like a little kid exploring those new samples!
Btw: The KryptonContextMenus in your BreadCrumb-Samples use other palettes as their parent-BreadCrumb-Control.

The tab reodering will be added when I work on the docking component. Also at that time I will look at adding per tab ButtonSpec collections. Can you email or post on the forum a screenshot of the drag indicator issue as I cannot reproduce it. I really need to see the scenario to understand what is happening.

Basic page drag and drop "Close" button not working, and not kryptonized.

I was not able to reorder the tabs in the Basic page drag and drop, I was really hoping for this feature (and dare I ask the close button on the tab page ;-) )

When the drag regions are painting in transparent blue sometimes they don't cover the whole drag drop area. For example go to the advanced drag and drop, then drag all the treeview items to the right navigator so theat they are stacked vertically, you will see that the drag drop indicator does not cover the drop area correctly.

Strange as it should only require 2.0 as all previous versions. I just checked the target version of .NET for each project and they all say 2.0. I will investigate and get this fixed for the full release because it only needs 2.0.

Hi Phil,

The setup for the beta requires .net framework 3.5, I'm happy to install it on my computer, but does this mean that anyone I distribute my program to will require the .net framework 3.5, we do not want our product to need anything more that framework 2.0. Thanks
