I have 2.8.0 installed already. When I run the installer, I get an error: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869." I am installing under Vista Ultimate and I am running the installer setup as administrator. I downloaded the installer zip a second time to see if that helped and it didn't.
